Coaching Career

I've coached girls rugby at O'Dowd since 2018. As an O'Dowd alumna ('13) and previous Dragons' rugby player, I coach to help continue the legacy program that Ray Lehner and Julia Diskin developed starting in 2009--a program that quickly became the highlight of my O'Dowd experience as a student. This program was foundational to my personal development as a young adult; coaching allows me to give a piece of that back to the O'Dowd community.

Why O'Dowd?

One of the many things that I appreciate about O'Dowd athletics is that we prioritize the cultivation of the entire student-athlete; we focus not just on athletic ability, but also on the dedication to academics, personal accountability, leadership potential, and, most importantly, character. In my time as a coach and player for the O'Dowd rugby program, that commitment to student-athlete development has been a constant.
