Started coaching at O’Dowd in 2018, 40+ years of coaching experience ranging from elementary school youth programs to marathon and ultra marathon runners. Former masters standout runner.
Why O'Dowd?
I love the energy and the camaraderie of the kids. It’s a joy to come to practice every day. These kids love running and enjoy pushing each other and having fun every day. The coaching community is also a family- there’s not a coach here that I don’t enjoy chatting with.
