Our sports medicine staff are health care professionals who work under the supervision of Bishop O’Dowd High School physician, Dr. Murali Moorthy, MD from Muir Orthopedics. They work collaboratively with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists and our strength and conditioning coach, Jay Beito, to optimize care. Sports medicine staff are present at most O’Dowd home varsity events and staff travel with teams as deemed necessary by the Head Athletic Trainer.
